TEAM A| The index is to be defined more, add more depth and give it to a more systematic, you take the example of a report posted on the blog.

Organize the index from macro to micro, in the first part told about the research and in the second present the service and inspiration you have deducted from case studies.
Your project is not described, is not shown, is not detailed … how it develops?

We suggest you look at the work of TEAM B.

For the meeting of May 27, look at two examples added in this post and start to define and describe your project according to these formats.

TEAM B| Report index is well structured, detailed and complete.
The service description is just mentioned, you have to explode the different steps of the process by showing the links between service and users: how, where and by using tools / technologies
the service is provided.
You must add some minimum references about appearance and atmosphere of space.

TEAM C| Report index is fairly structured. Organize the index from macro to micro, in the first part told about the research and in the second present the service and inspiration you have deducted from case studies.

The service must be described in detail, showing the stages of of the process, the physical interface and what is offered.

- adapt according to the offer defined: touch points, locations, evidences…

Process

Hi,

we found some information about the production process and we think could be helpful for everybody, so we share it  also if we are still working on it.

We think that it’s possible to underline two different processes, one for synthetic yarn and another for natural one. As you could see from the diagram the natural one is more complex and require some additional operation (at least washing and ironing) that are really time/resources consuming; due to that it’s possible to conclude that for the natural yarns it is necessary to consider at least a 24h deliver time. However we found that probably (we are searching more information) exists a technique to pre-process the natural yarn, reducing the necessity of additional treatments.

Case-study: Armani multi-concept boutique

Armani case is a good example for integrated selling fashion+services model. If in FasPon Site case consumers will have a time for waiting their order in the same place, it will be relevant to organize this place in a more complex way and to add there a recreation area: for ex. a small café or TV or show rooms. Armani case demonstrates that fashion industry can successfully include also high-level service products to make people be loyal.
It is also a good example of a “clever” organizing shopping place. If people spend more time there it became for them not only a simple boutique but a place where they can have a rest and enjoy the time together with friends or even alone.

You can also have an aperitif at the Emporio Armani Cafè or spend an evening at the restaurant Nobu, with a dinner by the best Japanese chef to emerge in the last 10 years: Nobuyuki Matsuhisa who opened this chain of restaurants together with Robert de Niro”
